Brianah has been in the field of ABA since 2006. Her special interests include all types of
desensitization and Focused Behavior Services. She loves connecting with the individuals she serves and their care providers. When she isn't running BCS, she enjoys spending time with her family, her two doodles, Peloton, reading, and watching the newest episode of any Taylor Sheridan show.

COO
Ashley serves as Chief Operating Officer, bringing nearly two decades of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and organizational leadership. With a foundation in early intervention and a career that has spanned direct service, supervision, and program development, Ashley bridges clinical expertise with operational strategy.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Fresno, a Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in ABA, and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2014. Ashley is also qualified to provide supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs.
In her role as COO, Ashley focuses on building efficient systems, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring ethical, high-quality services across all levels of care. She is particularly passionate about staff training, supervision structures, and creating sustainable practices that allow clinicians to do their best work. Her passion for behavior science extends into everyday life, where she can often be found applying ABA principles outside of work, whether supporting colleagues or training dogs with a pocket full of treats.

FBS Director
Karissa is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been in the field of ABA since 2015. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from California State University, Fresno and a Masters Degree in Exceptional Student Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of West Florida. Throughout her career, she has provided services in both focused and comprehensive behavior service models across various settings. She has provided leadership in program development, parent training, staff training, and supervision of behavior technicians, RBT's, and clinicians. Karissa has a passion for working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and quality of life. She is dedicated to delivering services with compassionate, data-driven care. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, being outside, and connecting with others.

Human Resources
Denni is Brianah's better half and has been behind the scenes of BCS since the beginning. He now runs the HR department and makes sure BCS runs smoothly. When he isn't managing HR, he enjoys spending time with his family, completing house projects and maintenance, Peloton, and watching a good show or movie.

BCBA

Behavior Consultant
Sarah is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst who has been working in the ABA field (mostly in home and in clinic services) since 2023. She has a Bachelor's degree in Worship Arts and Media and completed the course sequence for BCaBA at Florida Institute of Technology. Sarah began working in the ABA field as an RBT, and got her certification as a BCaBA in 2025. She also has over 10 years of experience working with kids of all ages through many vocations including day care staff, summer day camp, and as a private nanny. During her free time, Sarah enjoys different creatives like making music, paintings, clay sculptures, and jewelry. She currently has the most experience working with children 2-13 years old, but is excited to gain experience and serve individuals of all ages.
