Bri Elizalde, BCBA

Behavior Analyst


 Brianne is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who began her career with BCS as a Behavior Consultant before advancing into her current role as a BCBA. She has experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities across home, school, community, and residential settings. Her clinical background includes individualized treatment planning, behavioral assessment, caregiver and staff training, clinical supervision, and using data to guide treatment decisions and improve client outcomes. Brianne particularly values collaboration with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams to develop practical, individualized supports for clients with complex behavioral needs. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and is passionate about helping clients build greater independence, communication, and skills that meaningfully improve their quality of life.

Sarah Villalobos, BCaBA

Senior Behavior Consultant


 Sarah is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst who has been working in the ABA field (mostly in home and in clinic services) since 2023. She has a Bachelor's degree in Worship Arts and Media and completed the course sequence for BCaBA at Florida Institute of Technology. Sarah began working in the ABA field as an RBT, and got her certification as a BCaBA in 2025. She also has over 10 years of experience working with kids of all ages through many vocations including day care staff, summer day camp, and as a private nanny. During her free time, Sarah enjoys different creatives like making music, paintings, clay sculptures, and jewelry. She currently has the most experience working with children 2-13 years old, but is excited to gain experience and serve individuals of all ages.

Alondra Arana, M.A., RBT


Senior Behavior Consultant

 

Alondra began her journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2022, providing both in-home and clinic-based services to children and their families. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and later completed her Master of Arts in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University.

With over 10 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings—including summer day camps, tutoring, and as a classroom aide—Alondra has always been passionate about helping children learn, grow, and reach their fullest potential. She has the most experience working with children ages 2–13 and looks forward to expanding her experience while supporting individuals of all ages.

Alondra believes in building meaningful relationships with each client and family, creating individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based treatment that helps every child succeed.

Outside of work, Alondra enjoys expressing her creativity through painting, sculpting with clay, and reading. She loves finding new ways to stay creative and bring that same curiosity and enthusiasm into her work with the families she serves.

Dahyanna Gonzalez, M.A.

Senior Behavior Consultant


 Dahyanna is a Senior Behavior Consultant with experience supporting individuals across the lifespan in behavioral health, early intervention, and community-based settings. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis as she prepares to sit for the BCBA exam. Dahyanna brings strengths in clinical leadership, staff training, and developing individualized, evidence-based behavioral supports

Marlene Batres, RBT

Senior Behavior Consultant


 Marlene is a Senior Behavior Consultant with several years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis across direct-care and clinical supervisory roles. She brings strengths in individualized treatment planning, staff support and training, data-based decision-making, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams. Marlene is committed to providing thoughtful, individualized behavioral support that promotes meaningful progress for the clients she serves.

Lorena Govea, M.A.

Senior Behavior Consultant


  Lorena is a Behavior Consultant with experience in ABA across direct-care, clinical supervision, and staff-support roles. Her background includes overseeing individualized programs, supporting behavior technicians, conducting assessments, analyzing data, and assisting with treatment planning and clinical reports. She completed her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Fresno Pacific University and is accruing supervised fieldwork hours toward becoming a BCBA. 


Andrea Hernandez, M.A.

Senior Dental Behavior Consultant


 Andrea is a Senior Behavior Consultant with experience supporting children and adolescents with developmental and behavioral needs across educational and community settings. She also serves as the Senior Behavior Consultant for BCS’s Dental Desensitization Program. Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Social Work and recently completed her master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling and Mental Health Counseling at Fresno State. 


Julio Mejia, B.A.

Behavior Consultant


 Julio is a Behavior Consultant with experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities across clinical, educational, and community settings. Known for his creativity and ability to connect with clients, he brings an engaging, individualized approach to behavioral support and skill development. Julio is currently completing a dual master’s program in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis, with a long-term goal of opening a bakery that provides meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. 

Lynsie Abell, B.A.

Behavior Consultant


 Lynsie is a Behavior Consultant with experience supporting children across behavioral and educational settings. Her background includes implementing individualized behavior plans, teaching replacement and daily living skills, collecting behavioral data, and collaborating with clinical supervisors and educational teams. Lynsie holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fresno State and brings a strong foundation in direct behavioral support to her work at BCS.
