Brianah has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2006. She received a Double Major in Psychology and French from Fresno State University in 2007. After taking a year away to work in France as a Language Assistant, she came back to the States with a renewed passion for Applied Behavior Analysis.
She became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2009, shortly before beginning her Master's Program in Applied Behavior Analysis at Fresno State University. After receiving her Master's Degree in December of 2011, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in May of 2012.
Brianah enjoys working with individuals of all ages and areas of need. She specializes in feeding difficulties but is equally committed to working on skill building, communication, self-care skills, and behavior deficits.
She is passionate about person-centered, compassionate care while remaining true to ABA ethics.
Brittney Frank is a professional Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 13 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. With a passion for supporting individuals across all age groups and a dedication to empowering families, Brittney brings a wealth of expertise and insight to her professional endeavors.
Brittney's received a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University, solidifying her foundation in evidence-based practices.
Throughout her career, Brittney has had the privilege of working across diverse settings, collaborating with individuals from various backgrounds and abilities. Whether implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, or providing consultation services, Brittney approaches each interaction with empathy, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to fostering meaningful change.
One aspect of Brittney's work that she finds particularly fulfilling is her role in educating and supporting parents. She believes deeply in the importance of equipping families with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement basic ABA principles in their everyday lives. Serving as a mentor and model, Brittney strives to empower parents to become active participants in their child's growth and development.
In 2021, Brittney achieved her goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Looking ahead, she is excited to continue making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves, advocating for inclusivity, accessibility, and the transformative power of Applied Behavior Analysis.
With a background in Early Intervention, Ashley has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 18 years. Ashley started her journey while attending California State University, Fresno as a Psychology major. She started taking ABA courses and stumbled upon a job opportunity working for a local ABA company providing early intervention to children with Autism. While working her way through the ranks, Ashley graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2007. She became Board Certified at the Administrative level in 2011 and pursued a Master’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in ABA. She graduated with her Master’s degree in 2013 and became a BCBA in 2014.
Ashley has managed her own caseload as a Clinical Supervisor, provided Early Intervention services to children with Autism, parent training services to families, and focus-based services to older clients. Most recently, Ashley has spent time working with adults in the group home setting. She is also qualified to provide supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs.
Ashley’s passion for the field of Applied Behavior Analysis doesn’t end with the individuals she serves. Ashley is a dog lover and is constantly in training mode using the principles of ABA. You can catch her getting steps in with her German Shepard and a bag of treats in tow. She has even trained dogs for her friends. Outside of ABA, Ashley enjoys traveling to new destinations. She loves spending time at the beach, park hopping at Disneyland, is an avid reader, and holds the title of Auntie for four nieces and nephews.
Dahlia has been in the Applied Behavior Analysis field since 2021. She began taking classes in behavior analysis at California State University, Sacramento and was accepted into the Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis at Fresno State University. Dahlia is set to graduate in December with her Master's Degree. She is currently a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, finishing her Master's degree.
Dahlia's background in the field started providing early intervention services to children ages 2-8. She has worked with social skills groups across various ages and was lead for an adult social skills group. Dahlia has provided services to individuals in group homes and with programs such as Wayfinders. She is qualified to provide supervision to RBTs as well.
Dahlia is excited about the impact she will have working with her clients and her future as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
Brianne is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst and has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2019. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UC Davis in 2020, and she is finishing her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Fresno State University, where she is set to graduate in December 2024. Brianne has worked with a wide range of individuals across various settings, such as within group homes, classrooms, clinics, social skills groups, and adult day programs. She also had the opportunity to collaborate with numerous working professionals and conduct trainings for caregivers, day program staff, and RBTs. Brianne has a passion for working with individuals of all ages and is excited to begin her career as a future Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In her off time, Brianne enjoys true crime documentaries, attending concerts, reading the newest fantasy novel, and freelance portrait photography.
Serena has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2018, but has worked with adults and children, at various support needs since 2015. Serena completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Fresno State University in 2020, and she completed her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in December 2022. Serena has worked in various settings, including within classrooms, clinics, group homes, and residential homes. Serena has also conducted trainings for members of IEP teams, Behavior interventionists, and parents. Serena is eager to start her career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Serena enjoys nature walks, reading, Pilates, and listening to podcasts outside of work.
Julio commenced his path in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2020 and earned a Bachelor's Degree at California State University of Bakersfield in 2023, in Child, Adolescent, and Family Studies. At Arizona State University, he is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavioral Analysis. He plans to graduate in December 2025. He has worked with people of all age ranges, from kids to adults, in social skills groups, houses, social outings, schools, and clinics. Julio has collaborated closely with caregivers and other service providers to improve and integrate intervention strategies. Within his professional experience, he has experience assisting with evaluating children with Autism and other mental disabilities through comprehensive assessments of language, functional, and behavioral competency skills. He has collaborated closely with fellow Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to enhance training practices and protocols for Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Julio has also attended conferences in California including the California Association for Behavior Analysis (CALABA) to advance his knowledge of the science and practice of Behavior Analysis. He is motivated to continue his journey toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys reading fiction novels, hiking, traveling, and painting. He looks forward to contributing his skills and knowledge to Applied Behavioral Analysis and continuing to support individuals and families in their growth and development.
I began my journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Fresno State, where I completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and took specialized ABA courses. In 2020, I entered the field at an ABA clinic, focusing on early intervention and supporting adolescents with severe behavioral issues. In 2023, I earned a Master's Degree in ABA from the Florida Institute of Technology and advanced to a mid-level supervisory role, overseeing parent-led and three-tier services.
Jaspreet is a graduate student working towards her M.A. from Arizona State University in Special Education. She has been in the field of ABA for 2 years working with children in a school setting as a paraprofessional. This experience is the reason she decided to go back and pursue her Master's Degree to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Jaspreet completed her undergraduate education at the University of California - Davis with majors in Psychology and Communications. She is excited and motivated to join the team to learn and grow in the field of ABA.
